Xiaomi is a restless company that launches new phones as frequently as bed sheets are changed. The Xiaomi Mi 11T is the company’s most significant upcoming phone. We could see the Xiaomi Mi 11T soon, since the company has set a September 15 launch event for the next flagship Xiaomi smartphone. This is likely to be a mid-range Android smartphone that sits between the Mi 11 flagship and the Mi 11 Lite in the Mi 11 line.
We have high hopes for the new Xiaomi phone, as it will be the company’s first major global launch since becoming Europe’s largest phone company. Xiaomi is well known for its well-equipped mid-range smartphones, and though the Mi 11 was a terrific premium device, we’d love to see its features distilled into a T-series handset.

Xiaomi Mi 11T Launch Date
Three new Xiaomi Mi 11T smartphones will be available if the company follows the 2020 trends. There will be three models: Lite, Standard Model, and Pro, all of which will be adding to the existing Xiaomi Mi 11 smartphones. So, while the Mi 11 Ultra will likely remain the top-end model and the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G the cheap model, the Xiaomi Mi 11T phone will likely reach a new pricing point in the interim. We don’t have a release date yet, but the Xiaomi Mi 11T could be announced during Xiaomi’s September 15 event. That would correlate to the launch of the Mi 10T devices in September 2020.

Xiaomi Mi 11T Price in India
If the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro tells us anything, it’s that the company doesn’t want its T series to overwhelm its main-line lineup. As a result, we’re unlikely to see a Mi 11T Ultra, and the Mi 11 Ultra will likely remain the company’s top smartphone of the year.
As a result, expect a budget, a lower-mid-range, and an upper-mid-range smartphone in terms of price, with the three smartphones likely to hit price points that the Mi 11 range does not. Given the significant price difference between the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G and Mi 11, the Mi 11T devices may be a good choice.
We don’t know how much the Mi 11T would cost, but it might be under Rs 40,000. For comparison, the Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro base models cost Rs 35,999 and Rs 39,999, respectively.

Mi 11T 5G Specs and Features
One of the first rumours about the Xiaomi Mi 11T was that it would have an under-display selfie camera and compatibility for ultra-wideband location tracking technology (as seen in the Apple AirTags). Xiaomi demonstrated the former technology on the Mi Mix 4, so we know it’s capable. Like the Mi 11, the phone could feature a 120Hz display, 64MP main camera, MediaTek CPU, ultra-wide camera, and telemacro snapper, according to the specs leak.
That leak apparently didn’t include any details about a Mi 11T Lite or Pro, putting doubt on the possibility of a Mi 11T ‘family’ rather than a single smartphone.

However, regulatory listings in Malaysia that identify the device by name suggest that a Pro model would also launch. We’ve also heard rumours about a Lite variant – sort of. According to a rumour, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite, which already comes in two versions, will acquire two newer versions, one of which would have an under-display camera.
It’s likely, though, that this is speaking to the Mi 11T Lite, not the Mi 11 Lite, and that the Mi 11T Lite is the affordable version of the new Xiaomi phone, with its bigger siblings getting the premium features. However, that might be a bit of a stretch.
The phone is likely to support 120W charging, which would be astonishingly fast for a smartphone. We say this since a recent video shows an unnamed phone charging at 120W, while Xiaomi hinted at ???W charging in a separate teaser for the September 15 launch event (with charge symbols used instead of question marks). This indicates that charging wattage will be in the three figures, most likely 120W.
