Soon after the Flipkart listing for Vivo Y50 went live on Flipkart India, the Chinese manufacturer Vivo finally made it official, the Vivo Y50 launched in India.
Talking about the Vivo Y50 Price in India, the device has arrived in the country with a single configuration i.e. 8GB + 128GB and it is available at a price tag of Rs 17,990. It is available in two color options that are Pearl White and Iris Blue and is available on Flipkart India, PayTM, Tata Cliq, Amazon, and Vivo India e-store among offline retailers starting in June 10.
Vivo Y50 Specifications
Talking about the Vivo Y50 spec sheet, the device packs in a hefty 6.53-inch FHD+ display boasting a screen resolution of 1080×2340 pixels with the punch-hole front camera setup. The device falls in the mid-range category and comes integrated with Qualcomm SNapdragon 665 SoC alongside 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage which apparently is the only configuration available in India.

Moving on to the camera setup, the smartphone offers a quad-camera setup at the back with a 13MP primary sensor alongside 8MP ultra-wide shooter with the capability to shoot photos and videos at 120°. Next up, the device has a 2MP portrait snapper along with an MP macro camera that can shoot excellent macro shots from just 4cm focal length. Finally, there’s a 16MP selfie snapper at the front housed in a punch-hole cutout.

Next, Vivo Y50 sports a giant 5,000mAh battery although unlike V19, this one doesn’t support fast charging so you are kind of stuck with average charging speed. Other features you’ll find on Vivo Y50 are its range of sensors including proximity, light, gyroscope, accelerometer, and a fingerprint scanner at the back. That’s pretty much all you need to buy about the device official up for sale starting June 10.
