Realme 11 Pro Design and Build

Starting off with the design, Realme 11 Pro stands out from the crowd. You get a really premium-looking phone under 25K, which is not so common at this price point. I have the Sunrise Beige colour variant with me which looks absolutely stunning.

Realme 11 Pro Design

It features a vegan leather back with a zipper-like strip running from the top to the bottom of the backside. There’s a big circular camera model in the centre that houses the dual camera setup.

The moment I held it in my hands, it felt like a flagship device. The curved edges give it a great grip in my hands, and the textured leather finish enhances the overall feel. Moreover, it’s pretty lightweight, weighing just about 191 grams.

Realme 11 Pro right

Talking port and button placement, the right has the power button along with volume rockers. While the left side is clean, the top has a secondary speaker. Lastly, the bottom holds the type-C port, SIM card slot, primat speaker and mic.

Realme 11 Pro Camera

Realme 11 Pro features a dual camera setup on the back that captures great photos with the main lens. You get a 100MP primary sensor and a 2MP macro lens. The front side has a 16MP camera for taking selfies.

Realme 11 Pro Camera

The main camera takes better shots than most phones in the price range. The images taken in daylight conditions were packed with details. The dynamic range was wide and the results were vibrant and punchy.

Portrait mode also works well and the edge detection is on point most of the time. Even low light shots were pretty decent. Night mode enhances the details and minimises the noise in the images.

The macro lens is nothing special to talk about. It only takes acceptable images when there’s plenty of light and you have a really steady hand. Talking about the secondary lens, an ultra-wide lens is missing here, which is a big letdown.

The 16MP front camera takes pretty nice selfies in outdoor conditions. Skin tones looked natural with good detailing. Low-light selfies were not so good unless you use the front flash.

Realme 11 Pro Battery and Charging

Realme 11 Pro packs a 5000 mAh that offers a solid battery backup. I got about 2 days of battery life on casual usage. A heavy user can get a full day battery backup from it. I got about 6 hours of screen on time which is pretty nice.

Realme 11 Pro Battery

It comes with 67W fast charging support that takes about an hour to fully charge the phone from 0 to 100 per cent. A quick charge of 15 minutes juices the battery to about 30 per cent.

Realme 11 Pro Display

Realme 11 Pro features a fantastic FHD+ 6.7 inches curved AMOLED display. It comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 950 nits. The display gets pretty bright for outdoor use.

Realme 11 Pro Display

I had a great display usage experience while using the Realme 11 Pro. The colours looked really punchy and the blacks were deep. Viewing angles were great as well. I watched a couple of videos on YouTube and played some games as well and trust me, it offers one of the best display experiences you can get at this price.

The curved display enhances the overall content consumption experience. It comes with HDR10+ support however it’s unable to stream any HDR content on OTT platforms except from YouTube.

Realme 11 Pro Performance and Software

Realme 11 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset to offer a power-packed performance. It is coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone glides through everyday tasks without any issues.

Realme 11 Pro Performance

You also get a RAM expansion feature that further expands the RAM by 12GB (in the 12GB variant) using the internal storage. I scrolled through my Reels section for hours and I did not face any jitters. Opens opened up quickly and switching between apps was also smooth.

Realme 11 Pro RAM Performance

Coming over to gaming, Realme 11 Pro can easily run all the demanding games in medium to high settings. I play BGMI, CoD Mobile and Asphalt 9 for about 2 hours. All the games ran smoothly without any major frame drops.

Realme 11 Pro runs on Realme UI 4.0 skin which is based on Android 13. The UI feels simple and easy to use. You can customise and personalise the Wallpapers and Fonts.

Realme 11 Pro Software

There are a bunch of features like Wise charging, Spilt Screen, Smart Slidebar, Flexible windows and a few more. At the same time, the phone is loaded with third-party apps like Dailyhunt, Josh, Moj, Spotify and many more.

Realme 11 Pro bloatware

Verdict

Realme 11 Pro 5G is a solid deal for its asking price. You get a premium design comparable to a flagship phone, a stunning curved display for content consumption, a solid chipset for everyday use and a good battery backup.

The main camera of the phone is also pretty good and takes nice photos. On the other hand, the lack of ultra-wdide lens is noticeable and the fact that its loaded with bloatware might be a big letdown for some users.
