The reason for this Partnership is because the main rival of Jio in Telecom, Airtel did the same. Airtel announced that the Rs. 401 recharge plan which comes bundled with one-year Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription, that usually costs around Rs. 399 and a 3GB data per day benefit for 28 days.
Disney+ Hotstar VIP offers telecast of numerous TV shows much before the actual show premieres on TV. Soon enough, this app will have premieres of many of the upcoming Bollywood movies.
