Nothing Phone (1) Launch – How To Watch The Livestream?

Carl Pei’s Nothing brand has been teasing the Nothing Phone (1) for quite some time now. Finally, the phone is expected to launch today at an event in London, UK. For consumers in India, the phone will launch at 8:30 PM IST and will be sold via Flipkart. Nothing Phone (1) Specs

Although we’ve had quite a few leaks regarding the expected specifications of the Nothing Phone (1), very few specifications have been deemed official. We do know that the phone will come with a Snapdragon 778G SoC. There will be a dual-camera setup at the rear, with the primary camera using the Sony IMX766 sensor, featuring a 50MP lens. The phone will also ship with Android 12 out of the box. Apart from this, there’s a lighting system at the back of the phone that’s officially called the Glyph Interface. This LED lighting can fulfil multiple functions based on the user’s settings. Additionally, the phone will support wireless charging. However, the semi-transparent phone design is what captures the user’s attention.

The phone’s design isn’t particularly new, as the company has used this design in their Nothing ear (1) earbuds. Regardless, it seems to be a way to capture the market’s attention and stand out from the sea of phones available at the target price range. Nothing Phone (1) launch

After months of teasing and waiting, the Nothing Phone (1) is set to launch on July 12, 2022. The launch event will be held in London, UK, and consumers can livestream the event through the company website. However, there are no YouTube links for the launch yet.

Nothing Phone (1) Price

There have been multiple rumours regarding the pricing. However, Nothing hasn’t revealed the price of the phone yet. Since the phone will be manufactured in India, there’s a good chance that the phone’s final pricing will be less than previously speculated. At first, the phone’s initial price was assumed to be around 500 Euros, roughly coming in at INR 39,959. Other reports have stated that the 8GB + 128GB variant of the phone might retail for a price of INR 34,999.
