Xiaomi is all set to launch their Mi MIX 4 on August 10 in China. The company has now confirmed that their Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 will launch alongside the flagship smartphone. The MIX 4 will reportedly come with an under-display camera tech along with an all-screen viewing experience.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 will be launching as a premium tablet by the company. The Pad 5 has appeared in a bunch of different leaks these past couple of weeks. Being in the rumour mill for quite some time now, we know of certain key details about the upcoming tablet by Xiaomi. Additionally, the premium tablet will also come with a Smart Stylus.

Moreover, the teaser poster for the tablet confirms the smart stylus support. Furthermore, the Xiaomi Smart Pen has made an appearance on the FCC certification website recently. The Smart Pen appears with the model number M2107K81PC.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 5: What To Expect?
The Mi Pad 5 will come with a large 10.95-inch IPS LCD. Additionally, the display will come with a fast 120Hz refresh rate. On the camera front, the premium tablet will most likely come with a dual rear camera setup. Noted tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted the leaked camera module design on Weibo. The leak also confirms that there will be an LED flash housed within a square-shaped camera module. Additionally, the Pad 5 will most likely feature a 20MP primary rear sensor alongside a 13MP secondary sensor.

Under the hood, the Mi Pad 5 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. The octa-core flagship chipset will be replaced by the Snapdragon 860 SoC in a cheaper variant of the device. Furthermore, the tablet is expected to arrive with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. We might also see a large 8,720mAh battery on the device.
