Xiaomi introduced the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC-equipped Xiaomi Civi 2 in China last year. Now, the smartphone company is reportedly preparing to launch a potential successor. The Xiaomi Civi 3 reportedly gets certification from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), despite Xiaomi not officially confirming its existence. According to the Xiaomi Civi 3 leaks , it has 512GB of internal storage and 12GB of RAM. Under the hood of the Xiaomi Civi 3, there may be a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. It reportedly has dual 32-megapixel selfie cameras.

Digital Chat Station reported that the Xiaomi Civi 3 appeared on the MIIT website with the model number 23046PNC9C. According to Weibo screenshots of the listing, the smartphone could have 512GB of internal storage and 12GB of RAM. The web listing confirmed that the Xiaomi phone will have 5G connectivity and an Android operating system. It does not, however, offer any other information.
Despite the lack of official acknowledgement from the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, the listing of Xiaomi Civi 3 on the MIIT website suggests that the launch may be imminent.
According to the Xiaomi Civi 3 leaks, the phone will have a 6.55-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. According to the leaks, it has a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC.
Rumors suggest that the device will feature a dual back camera setup, with its focal point being a 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 main sensor. Expectations are that the device will feature two front-facing 32MP cameras with a 100-degree field of vision.
The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version of the Xiaomi Civi 2 had a starting price of about Rs. 27,000 when it was introduced in China in September last year. The company has not yet made the phone available in India.
