Fighting game fanatics will be very happy to know that WWE 2K22 just dropped a brand new trailer. This has quite literally taken the gaming community by storm. We get to know of the game’s release date, FINALLY, officially! The game is all set to release on March 11, 2022.
Currently, the game is up for pre-ordering. There are great rewards for those who pre-order the game. Upon release, players who pre-order will get three playable versions of The Undertaker! Moreover, we got to know from past leaks that Rey Mysterio would be the cover star of WWE 2K. Now, with the official trailer, that has been confirmed.

Lots of games have been delayed last year. WWE 2K22 was no stranger to delays. The game was in fact supposed to release sometime later in 2021 itself. However, to deliver a more polished and bug-free game, developers delayed the game. The past couple WWE games have not really hit the spot with its fanbase. That seems to be changing with the latest title, from the looks of it.

Multiple things have already been confirmed by 2K, the game maker, ahead of launch. For starters, the upcoming title in the WWE franchise will have redefined controls. What more, we will get to see whole new redesigned gameplay mechanics. Going by the trailer, we can also see a major enhancement in terms of graphics. Seems like 2K is sticking to the authenticity of the game as much as possible.

From the looks of it, a LOT of things are going to change in WWE 2K22. We hope that the fanbase of the franchise accepts these changes wholeheartedly. If you ask us, this does have a lot of potential to turn the franchise around and mark a brand new beginning for its success.
