Vivo launched its latest addition in the Y-series – Vivo Y12A in Singapore and Thailand. Although it is a rebrand of Y12s 2021, which debuted in Vietnam last month. The phone powers on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC and features a dual-camera setup on the back. Moreover, it has a waterdrop-style notch upfront and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.

Vivo Y12A: Pricing
It carries a price tag of THB 4,499 (roughly Rs. 10,600) for the solo 3GB/32GB model. However, it is right now only in Singapore and Thailand.

Vivo Y12A Specifications
The phone bears a 6.51-inch HD+ (720×1600 pixels) IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. It also features a waterdrop notch design with a noticeable bottom bezel. In addition, it comes with a side-mounted fingerprint reader for secure biometric authentication.

Under the hood, Vivo Y21A draws power from a Snapdragon 439 processor along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
In terms of cameras, it sports dual-camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel main sensor with f/2.2 aperture and another 2-megapixel sensor. At the front, the Vivo Y21A houses an 8-megapixel selfie camera inside the waterdrop-style notch.

Furthermore, it packs a 5,000mAh battery that claims to last for up to 16.3 hours of HD movie playback. Connectivity options include a Micro-USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Other features include Face Wake, Multi-Turbo 3.0, and more.
