Back in September, 2021, Vivo launched their X70 series of devices. After the Vivo X70 series, we will soon be getting the Vivo X80 series, from the looks of it. The brand seems to be working on the series as it has recently become a rumour mill favourite. The series will include the vanilla Vivo X80 alongside the premium Vivo X80 Pro and Vivo X80 Pro+.
Ahead of launch, the key specifications of the three models have been leaked on Weibo. We also get to know of the price of these smartphones. As per the latest leak, the Vivo X80 series devices will be priced at somewhere between Yuan 3,699 and Yuan 6,999. This converts to roughly Rs. 43,000 and Rs. 81,000. On the software front, all the three handsets will run on Android 12, have NFC support and Wi-Fi 6 as well.

Vivo X80 Specifications (Leaked)
The vanilla Vivo X80 model in the series will reportedly come with a 6.56-inch LTPO AMOLED full-HD+ display. In addition, the display will offer a fast 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8000 SoC. This octa-core chipset will pair up with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage.
For photography and videography, the Vivo X80 will feature a triple rear camera setup. The setup will include a 50-megapixel GN5 sensor, a 13-megapixel sensor, and a 12-megapixel Sony IMX663 sensor with 2X optical zoom. At the front, the smartphone may offer a 44-megapixel selfie shooter.

In terms of battery, the vanilla Vivo X80 from the series will offer 55W fast charging support. However, the battery capacity of the device is currently wraps.
Vivo X80 Pro, X80 Pro+ Specifications (Leaked)
Both the Pro models from the Vivo X80 series will feature a 6.78-inch LTPO 2.0 E5 AMOLED display. In addition, while the X80 Pro will offer full-HD+ resolution, the X80 Pro+ will feature a Quad-HD+ resolution. Moreover, both the handsets will come with 120Hz refresh rate panels.
On the processor front, the Vivo X80 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. On the other hand, the Vivo X80 Pro+ will be using the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The octa-core chipsets on both the devices will pair up with UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5 RAM.
In terms of optics, the Vivo X80 Pro from the series will feature a triple rear camera setup. The setup will include a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel secondary sensor and a third 12-megapixel Sony IMX663 sensor with 2X optical zoom. On the other hand, the X80 Pro+ will feature a quad rear camera setup. In the setup, there will be three 50-megapixel sensors and one 48-megapixel Sony IMX598 sensor.

When it comes to charging speeds, we will be seeing 66W fast charging on both the Pro models from the Vivo X80 series. In addition, they will also offer 50W wireless charging support.
