Vivo X60 Series With Snapdragon SoCs Launched in India: Price, Specifications

Vivo X60 series has launched in India as the latest flagship series by the company. Moreover, its prices in India and specifications have also officially available online. To recall, they originally launched in China in December last year. Whereas, Vivo X60 Pro+ debuted later in January this year. Furthermore, they come with impressive specifications triple and quad rear camera setups. It also has fast charging support and high refresh rate displays.

Price in India, Availability

The vanilla variant price in India is Rs 37,999 for the 8GB+128GB model and Rs 41,990 for the 12GB+256GB version.

Whereas, Vivo X60 Pro price is Rs 49,990 for the 12GB+256GB model. Both the phones will be available in Midnight Black and Shimmer Blue color options. On the other hand, the Vivo X60 Pro+ price is set at Rs 69,990 for the single 12GB+256GB storage version. The phone has a premium vegan leather finish in Emperor Blue color.

Vivo X60 Series Specifications

X60 and X60 Pro Specifications

These two variants share the same specs in the Vivo X60 series. The phones come with a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. In addition, it comes with a 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole for the selfie camera, and Corning Gorilla Glass 6.

Under the hood, it powers on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC paired with 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. However, the standard Vivo X60 has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Vivo X60 series comes with Virtual RAM technology that uses 3GB of internal storage to increase the effective RAM of the phone.

The phones run on Android 11-based Funtouch OS 11.1 custom skin out of the box and have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.

Moving to optics, the X60 and X60 Pro feature a triple-camera setup at the back, with a 48MP (f/1.48) Sony IMX598 primary sensor with OIS, a 13MP (f/2.2 aperture) lens with, a 13MP (f/2.46 aperture). There is a 32MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

The standard Vivo X60 has a 4,300mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support. Whereas, the Vivo X60 Pro has a smaller 4,200mAh battery with the same 33W charging support.

Connectivity features on Vivo X60 series include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.

Vivo X60Pro+ Specifications

It features a 6.56-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,376 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. In addition, it has 398 PPI pixel density, 92.7 percent screen-to-body ratio, and Schott Xensation Up screen protection.

Under the hood, Vivo X60 Pro+ is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. Additionally, it comes with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, along with 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage that is not expandable.

Vivo X60 Pro+ packs a quad rear camera setup that includes a 50-MP GN1 Sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an f/1.57 lens, a 48-MP Sony IMX 598 sensor with Gimbal stabilization and an f/2.2 lens, a 32-MP sensor with an f/2.08 lens, and an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/3.4 lens. At the front, there is a 32-MP selfie shooter with an f/2.45 lens.

Connectivity options for the Vivo X60 series, on the Pro+ variant, include 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, color temperature sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, gyroscope, and a laser focussing sensor.

There is also an in-display fingerprint scanner on the Vivo X60 Pro+. The company has fitted a 4,200mAh battery in this phone with support for 55W FlashCharge fast charging. In terms of dimensions, the phone measures 158.59×73.35×9.10mm and weigh 191 grams.
