Vivo is gearing up for the Vivo V21 5G series launch in India. In the past, reports have hinted towards the company launching the phone in Malaysia. However, the company confirms the launch of its upcoming mid-range smartphone series. Vivo India’s Nipun Marya confirmed the launch without revealing the launch date. Moreover, there are other leaks suggesting it will be launching the series on April 27.

Furthermore, the brand also reveals that the smartphone comes with a 44MP selfie camera with OIS (optical image stabilization). Moreover, the tweet says that the V21 5G will be the brand’s slimmest phone yet.

On the other hand, Vivo is rumored to only launch the vanilla Vivo V21 5G in India. According to a recent report, the smartphone will launch on April 27. Other smartphones under the series, namely the V21E, V21 SE, and the V21 Pro are expected to launch on a later date in India.
According to leaks, the Vivo V21 5G will have three cameras at the rear. This triple-camera setup will have a 64MP primary sensor with OIS. Separately, the selfie camera of the smartphone will feature an “AI Super Night” mode to capture brighter images in lowlight conditions. Vivo also reveals that it will have 8GB of physical RAM, 3GB of virtual RAM, and 5G+5G dual-SIM support.

Apart from this, a tip from tipster Sudhanshu claims Vivo V21 5G will have the MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP depth sensor at the rear. In addition, it will also come with Android 11 OS and a hybrid SIM card slot. The tweet also claims that it will miss out on a 3.5mm audio jack.
