The Vivo S9 5G is spotted on China’s 3C website, with the model number V2072A. Several other reports and leaks have indicated that the phone is in fact Vivo S9 5G.
We are pretty sure that the phone is, in fact, Vivo S9 5G. A tipster called Nashville Chatter revealed the same model number listed on the Google Play Console listing.
The tipster also claims that the phone will be the first to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC. Paired with 12GB of RAM, the phone will run Android 11 out of the box. With a huge notch on the front, the screen will offer a FHD+ resolution.

In a separate by the Digital Chat Station, the Vivo S9 5G is said to come with an OLED screen, a 33W fast charger and feature a 44 MP front camera for those selfie lovers. While the display is an FHD+ screen, the refresh rate will be locked at 90Hz. The primary camera supposedly includes a 64MP sensor and a 4,000 mAh battery.

The leak by Digital Chat Station matches a leak by another source, which also adds that the front camera might also feature an ultra-wide-angle lens for video calling.
Vivo hasn’t provided any concrete information when it comes to the Vivo S9 5G price. Only time will tell what the phone has to offer.
