Upcoming Google Pixel 8a New Details Leaked Ahead Of The Launch

Google Pixel 8a Leaked Details

Google claims the Pixel 8a is its most rugged A-series model yet, confirming IP67 water resistance just like the 7a. The screenshots highlight the Pixel 8a’s fun colours and matte finish. This is in line with leaked images showing a matte finish on the black model and suggests the same for the blue and green variants.

The phone is also expected to have some artificial intelligence features from its flagship Pixel 8 series. Moreover, Android Authority outlined the report It will feature Audio Magic Eraser, Magic Editor, and Best Take. All these are offered in the Pixel 8 series, among other AI features.

The Pixel 8a is expected to be similar to the Pixel 8 but with slightly curved corners. It has an OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, which is a significant display upgrade compared to the current generation Pixel 7a’s 90Hz refresh rate. This could rival the display quality of the premium Pixel 8 series.
