Tecno officially confirmed that the Tecno Pop 7 Pro will launch soon in India. This entry-level smartphone has already been released in some African markets. It will likely be a rebranded version of the Tecno Spark Go 2023. The handset features a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS Dot Notch display. Moreover, it comes with a quad-core chipset, which will likely be a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC.
The company took on to Twitter to announce that the smartphone will be arriving in India next week. However, the exact date and any other information about the handset are still uncertain. The handset debuted in Nigeria for NGN 64,000 (roughly Rs. 11,500). Furthermore, it is available in three colour options — Endless Black, Uyuni Blue, and Nebula Purple.

Tecno Pop 7 Pro: Specifications (Expected)
We assume the Tecno Pop 7 Pro to carry the same specifications as the model that debuted in Africa. It will come with a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS Dot Notch display and a quad-core chipset, which could be a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC. Moreover, the handset will feature up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of storage. In terms of optics, the smartphone may most likely come with a 13-megapixel AI dual rear camera unit. Additionally, it will also include a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with dual flash.
The handset will offer a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W wired charging. It will also feature a fingerprint sensor on the back and include face recognition technology as well. Lastly, it will come with a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom.
