Tecno has finally launched their Camon 17 series of smartphones in India. The latest Tecno Camon 17 series has three smartphones under it, the Camon 17, Camon 17P and Camon 17 Pro. However, only the Camon 17 and 17 Pro have been launched in the Indian market.
Moreover, both the smartphones in the Tecno Camon 17 series come with 90Hz fast refresh rate displays. Both the smartphones have been launched as mid-rangers. However, the Camon 17 is slightly low-tier and will likely compete against devices like the Realme Narzo 30 and Redmi Note 10 in India. On the other hand, the Camon 17 Pro will likely take on devices like the Realme 8 and Redmi Note 10 Pro.
Tecno Camon 17, 17 Pro Price in India And Availability
The Tecno Camon 17 price in India has been set at Rs. 12,999. Moreover, this is the price set for the single 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage variant of the device. On the other hand, the Tecno Camon 17 Pro price in India is set at Rs. 16,999 for the single 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage variant.

When it comes to the availability of the smartphones, they are all set to go on sale on July 26 via Amazon. Moreover, the company is offering a 10% instant discount for buyers who purchase the phones via HDFC Bank credit or debit cards. Additionally, buyers of the Camon 17 Pro will also get the Tecno Ear Buds 1 for free.
Tecno Camon 17 Specifications
The Camon 17comes with a big 6.6-inch IPS LCD HD+ display. Additionally, we can also find a fast refresh rate of 90Hz on the smartphone alongside a punch-hole design on the left corner of the display.
On the processor front, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC. The octa-core chipset is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android 11 OS with the HiOS 7.6 custom skin on top.

For photos and videos, the Tecno Camon 17 features a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor alongside a 2-megapixel depth sensor. However, the third sensor details are currently under wraps. On the front, the smartphone comes with a 16-megapixel selfie shooter with LED flash.
The Tecno Camon 17 packs a large 5000mAh battery along with 18W fast charging support. Moreover, the handset comes with a rear mounted fingerprint scanner as well. The smartphone also comes with all the connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type-C port for charging.
Camon 17 Pro Specifications
The Tecno Camon 17 Pro comes with a bigger 6.8-inch screen with IPS LCD full-HD+ display. Moreover, we can see a 90Hz fast refresh rate on the display as well. There is a punch-hole display design on the top left corner of the display as well, like the Camon 17.
On the processor front, the Tecno Camon 17 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC. The octa-core chipset is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
