Sony launched their WF-1000XM4 Truly Wireless earbuds in the European and U.S regions. Now, the brand has finally launched their Sony WF-1000XM4 TWS earbuds in India. Recently, Sony announced their WF-C500 TWS earbuds in the country, which fall under the affordable category. However, the WF-1000XM4 is a premium TWS offering by the brand. Sony WF-1000XM4 Price in India and Availability
The Sony WF-1000XM4 price in India has been set at Rs. 19,990. The premium TWS earbuds from Sony will come in the Black and Silver colour options in the country. When it comes to the availability of the earbuds, they will go on sale via Amazon from January 16, during the Amazon Great Republic Day Sale 2022.

Moving on to the specifications of the premium Sony TWS earbuds, it will come with 6mm driver. This particular audio driver claims to offer a twenty per cent magnet volume increase. What else, there is Bluetooth v5.2 for wireless audio connectivity as well.

Besides, the Sony WF-1000XM4 are also rated to deliver better audio and ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) than its predecessor, the WF-1000XM3. On the processor front, the brand new Sony TWS earbuds are powered by the Sony V1 integrated chipset. In addition, the earbuds come with support for LDAC codec as well, which is cherry on top!
Yes, the earbuds do offer ANC but, they also come with Passive Noise Cancellation support. The Sony WF-1000XM4 flaunt a beamforming microphone and a bone-conduction sensor. Together, these two work to provide a crystal clear voice even in the noisiest of environments. What more, the earbuds also come with support for the brand’s proprietary DSEE Extreme and 360 reality audio.
In terms of battery backup, the Sony WF-1000XM4 claim to last up to twelve hours with ANC turned off. With ANC turned on, the TWS earbuds claim to give a battery backup of up to eight hours. Moreover, taking the charging case into account, you can charge the earbuds three times. In total, you get a backup of up to thirty two hours with ANC turned off and twenty hours with it turned off. Additionally, just five minutes worth of charging can make the earbuds last for about an hour.

Additional features of the latest Sony TWS earbuds are Qi Wireless Charging support, Adaptive Sound Control and In-Ear Detection. We also get to see in-built Alexa and Google Assistant support. The earbuds also come with an IPX4 water resistance rating.
