Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 Surfaces Indian BIS Listing, Launch Imminent

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 impending launch is the most anticipated one this year. The foldable has created a lot of waves in the news online considering its’ leaks and rumors recently. According to various leaks, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 could happen on August 3. However, nothing has been confirmed yet by the company. Moreover, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is expecting to launch along with it as well. The devices will reportedly go on sale from August 27.

Now, in a recent development, the foldable smartphone has surfaced on the Indian BIS listing. The listing hints at an imminent launch for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. In addition, it has also just yesterday received its TKDN certification. Let us look at what we know so far on the foldable.

According to tipster Mukul Sharma, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has finished its inclusion process on the BIS listing. On the other hand, it does not really give much information on the foldable phone. The only thing it hints at is an imminent launch of the device.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 Leaks

Earlier leaks suggest that both the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 will come with a price tag lower than their predecessors. Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is also bagging quite a few certifications. This could hint that the smartwatch could launch alongside the two flagship devices. Meanwhile, reports of the device going to mass production have started surfacing online cementing the rumor.

In terms of specs, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 can come with a smaller gap between the two displays than its predecessor. Moreover, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will also reportedly come in green, black, and silver color options. Although these are just speculations at this point – no confirmed reports.

Whereas coming to the processor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The flagship processor will be able to handle anything and user will have a premium experience like never before.

In terms of design, the foldable flagship can arrive in a lighter frame and slimmer bezels. Additionally, the flagship foldable phone will be the first Samsung phone to come with an under-display camera. Furthermore, the foldable phone will come in a dual-tone design finish. Other leaks suggest Galaxy Z Fold 3 will pack a decent 4,275mAh or a 4,380mAh battery. Moreover, another leak also suggests that the smartphone will come with a dual rear camera setup.
