Samsung’s upcoming flagship folding phone is rumored to be the Galaxy Z Fold 3. The phone, which is expected to launch in August, now has a leaked shipping date due to a tip from Jon Prosser. According to the source, the Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 3 could begin arriving at the customers on August 27. The source also indicates that the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will be announced alongside the Fold 3.

Samsung is yet to release the dates for the next Galaxy Unboxed event. However, it is widely assumed that the company would make an official announcement in July. Early August is scheduled to be the date of the official launch.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3: What to Expect

According to a report from May 2021, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will have a smaller gap between the two folded parts of the gadget than its predecessor. The Z Fold 3 will be available in three color options: green, black, and silver.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 flagship Processor, together with a 4,275mAh battery, is rumored to be used in the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. The phone is expected to have a lighter frame, slimmer bezels, and, for the very first time for Samsung, an under-display front-facing camera.

In comparison to its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is likely to include significant design improvements. To create room for a larger outer screen, the vertically folding phone is now likely to include a vertical camera setup. As a result, the secondary screen should be able to provide additional content and functionality.
