Samsung is preparing to launch a new budget smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy Wide5 could be the company’s latest budget 5G smartphone. The smartphone is expected to be launched in a few international markets. The official launch date for Samsung’s next 5G smartphone has yet to be disclosed. The phone is listed on the Google Play Console ahead of its release. The list reveals the primary features and specs of the smartphone. The phone could possibly be a rebranded Galaxy A22 5G, according to the report. In India, it is likely to launch as the Galaxy F42 5G.

Samsung could release the Galaxy Wide5 in the near future. Before the launch, the phone is listed on the Google Play Console website. The listing highlights some of the next Samsung phone’s important performance unit specifications. It has a MediaTek MT6833V SoC, which is the Dimensity 700 CPU from MediaTek. The Google Play Console listing shows a 6GB RAM model. It comes pre-installed with Android 11 and is likely to include a One UI 3.1 layer on top of the Android mobile operating system.

Samsung Galaxy Wide5 Specifications
The smartphone will have a resolution of 1080 x 2009 and a Mali G57 GPU. The phone also features a water-drop notch and a somewhat thicker chin bezel, according to an image on the website. It also reveals that the phone may be released in India as a rebranded Galaxy F42 5G, which is essentially a rebranded Galaxy A22 5G. The devices’ monikers had previously been verified via a Bluetooth SIG listing. Galaxy Buddy and Galaxy Wide5 were the names for the Galaxy F22 5G.

The phone offers a 6.6-inch TFT LCD display with an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. It will have a 48MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor in a triple-camera system. The front camera on the smartphone is 8 megapixels. It has a 5000mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging.
