Samsung officially revealed the launch date of its Samsung Galaxy S23 series. The brand revealed the details via an invitation shared on samsung.com. The Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event will take place on February 1, 2023, at 10 AM PST (11:30 pm IST) in San Francisco. The brand further revealed that this will be an in-person Unpacked event for the first time in three years. Additionally, Samsung in its invitation said, “a new era of innovation is coming.” Chances are that the brand may unveil a new smartwatch and TWS earbuds along with the S23 series.

Samsung Unpacked Event 2023
On February 1, 2023, Samsung will officially unveil its S23 series which includes Samsung Galaxy S23 5G, Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus 5G, and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G models. However, ahead of its launch, several leaks have already revealed the specifications and design of the upcoming series. As per the leaks, the series will likely feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, three screen sizes, up to 200MP camera, and 45W charging support, among other things. Moreover, the company can also announce upgrades to the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and Galaxy Watch 5 at the event.
Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 may not launch on February 1, 2023, as the company typically saves its new foldable phones for a later date.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Series: Launch In India
Samsung usually doesn’t wait too long to launch its new Galaxy S series in India after its global debut. As per the record, the Galaxy S22 series was released in the country a week after its global launch. Thus we expect the same with the Galaxy S23 lineup. With the global launch on February 1, 2023. We expect that the brand may bring its lineup to India the following week.
Moreover, the brand said that “the new Galaxy S series will be the epitome of how we define the ultimate premium experience. We’re raising the bar and setting new standards for what’s epic.” Additionally, the specifications of the upcoming series have not been confirmed by the company. Except that the lineup will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
