Samsung launched their Samsung Galaxy F12 and Samsung Galaxy F02s in India back in April, 2021. This was a month after the South Korean giant launched the Samsung Galaxy M12 in the country back in March, 2021. The Galaxy F12 basically went official as a rebranded Galaxy M12. Now, both the devices have received a Rs. 500 price hike in the country. Without any further ado, here is a quick rundown of the new prices and specifications of both the devices.
Samsung Galaxy F12, Galaxy M12 New Prices in India
The Samsung Galaxy F12 price in India was originally set at Rs. 10,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage variant. Further, the 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant came with a price tag of Rs. 11,999. After the price hike of Rs. 500, the prices for the variants have come up to Rs. 11,499 and Rs. 12,499, respectively.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy M12 price in India was originally set at Rs. 10,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant. Now, after the price hike of Rs. 500, the price has gone up to Rs. 11,499, just like the Samsung Galaxy F12. The new prices for both the devices are effective from today itself and they have been updated across all online and offline channels.
Samsung Galaxy F12, Galaxy M12 Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy F12 specs are exactly the same as the Galaxy M12. This is because the South Korean giant basically just launched the M12 as a rebranded F12. When it comes to specs, both the devices are powered by the same Samsung Exynos 850 SoC. Further, the octa-core chipset pairs up with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

Moving to the display, the Samsung Galaxy F12 and Galaxy M12 feature a 6.5-inch LCD display. In addition, the display on both the devices comes with a 90Hz refresh rate and is an HD+ display. We can also see a water-drop notch display design alongside the presence of a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Both the devices come with Dolby Atmos support as well.
For photos and videos, both the Samsung Galaxy F12 and the Galaxy M12 come with a quad rear camera setup. The setup includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor along with a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. Additionally, there are two 2-megapixel sensors for depth and macro shots, respectively. At the front, both the smartphones sport an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.

Both the Samsung Galaxy F12 and Galaxy M12 specs include a massive 6000mAh battery along with 15W fast charging support. Both the devices also come with a USB Type-C port for charging. When it comes to the software, the handsets run on Android 11 OS with the One UI 3.1 custom skin on top.
