Realme Pad is launching tomorrow in India on September 9, 2021. Moreover, Flipkart has created a dedicated webpage confirming its availability. The page also includes information about the tablets’ major specifications, particularly its display. Apart from this a lot of leaks and teasers are surfacing online as the launch inches closer. In a recent teaser, the company confirms the processor they will feature in their first ever tablet.

On the other hand, the event will also see the launch of two new smartphones called the Realme 8S and Realme 8i. Ahead of the launch, Realme has dropped multiple teasers revealing the key specs, features of its upcoming devices. However, this latest teaser about the Realme Pad reveals its performance unit details.
Realme Pad Confirmed to Feature MediaTek Helio G80 SoC
According to this teaser, the tablet will feature a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. Interestingly, this processor generally comes with budget devices like the Redmi 9 Prime, Vivo Y53s, etc. MediaTek Helio G80 SoC has a cluster of two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2GHz, while a cluster of six Cortex-A55 cores ticking at 1.8GHz is there to handle non-demanding tasks. Moreover, it employs the proprietary HyperEngine Game Technology for better resource management with regards to power and thermals in order to deliver smoother gaming performance.

Meanwhile, other detailed specifications of the tablet have leaked online. According to previous leaks, Realme Pad will have a large 10.4-inch display with a WUXGA+ resolution of 2000 x 1200. It will have an 82.5 per cent screen-to-body ratio, courtesy of slightly thick bezels around the screen.
Both the front and back of the Realme Pad are expected to have an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.8 aperture, 2.8mm focal length, image stabilisation, and a 65.3-degree field-of-view (FoV). Both cameras are likely to capture photos with a resolution of 3,264×2,448 pixels. According to previous rumours, the device will have an aluminium body, a USB Type-C port, as well as a stylus housing.
