The latest upgrade comes amidst controversy about the Realme Narzo 30A Android 11 update. The device, launched in February, was already months past the official release of Android 11, and it is only now that Realme UI 2.0 is being released.
Realme was still on the beta test for its latest UI back then, and a proper release date wasn’t in sight anytime soon. This led to a delay in upgrades for Narzo 30 Pro and Narzo 30A and was released with Realme UI 1.0 on Android 10. The first smartphone to use Realme UI 2.0 was Realme GT 5G which was launched in March this year.
