Realme GT Neo Launch in India Soon, IMEI Database, BIS Certification Suggests

Realme recently launched the RealmeGT 5G in China. After the launch, we are seeing a lot of leaks on the Realme GT Neo edition of the smartphone online. It surfaced on India’s IMEI database, the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website, and the Geekbench benchmarking website. We can consider for the launch to happen soon if these many certifications are surfacing online. However, it will be a part of the GT series in China which is launching on March 31st.

Realme GT Neo launching in India soon

According to Mukul Sharma, it is already listing on the Indian IMEI Database site with the model number RMX3031. Moreover, a phone with the same model number surfaced on both BIS and Geekbench. Considering these listings, we can expect an Indian launch soon for the phone. However, one should note that we do not have the Realme GT 5G available in India yet.

There are chances that instead of it, the Realme GT Neo would directly be launched in India, probably as an India-first.

According to leaks, it will feature an AMOLED display with a 120Hz display. The smartphone is said to feature a  triple-camera setup with a 64MP primary camera, 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. It is expecting to feature LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Furthermore, Realme GT Neo is said to pack a 4,500mAh battery with 65W charging. It will also have a 3.5mm audio jack, have a waistline of 8.6mm, and weigh 186 grams.

Realme has already confirmed that the Realme GT Neo will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. According to a recent leak, the remaining specifications of the Neo are more or less similar to that of the RealmeGT.
