Realme GT 5G launch date in China is on March 4. It comes from Realme VP Xu Qi Chase on Weibo. Moreover, the poster teaser highlights the details of the phone. The upcoming flagship smartphone is part of the new GT series. In addition, it internally has a codename Realme Race. Further, a tipster has shared that the company may release leather- and glass-back variants of the phone.

Realme GT 5G Launch Date
According to a poster on Chinese microblogging website Weibo revealing the launch date to be March 4 at 2 pm local time (11:30 am IST). Additionally, the company sent a press release, calling the March 4 date a global debut.
Also, the poster confirms both the date of launch and name.
Previously, the phone was believed to be called Realme Race but that was a codename for it. The poster also shares that Realme GT 5G will come with 5G connectivity.

RealmeGT Design, Specifications (Expected)
According to the Realme VP, it takes the power from Snapdragon 888 chipset. However, it also has “endurance and speeds aesthetic design”. We have already had a glimpse of what the smartphone looks like through a teaser image and renders on TENAA. The Realme GT 5G will come with a GT-inspired finish and a rectangular camera module that will house three camera sensors.
In addition, there are three icons on the bottom left of the poster indicating the processor, refresh rate, and fast charging. It will support a 160Hz refresh rate and come with some form of fast charging. Realme GT 5G is also expected to feature a 6.8-inch (1,440×3,200 pixels) OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Moreover, it also comes with up to 12GB of RAM. It offers internal storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. There may also be a Pro variant for the smartphone.

Separately, leaks points that Realme GT 5G may also pack a 5,000mAh battery. It can support the brand’s 125W fast charging solution. The upcoming Realme phone is also expected to come with a 64MP triple camera system and up to 12GB RAM.
