The Realme GT 2 Pro launch date reveal seems to be right around the corner. Key features of the upcoming flagship were announced through a YouTube livestream. The company claims it to have “world’s first innovations” in the smartphone industry. The first of the three innovations include a sustainable design for the smartphone inspired by paper. Realme has dubbed its new design language as “Paper Tech Master Design.”

The Chinese tech giant has partnered with renowned Japanese industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa earlier for its Master Edition smartphones. Bio-polymer material by SABIC has made the back panel of the smartphone.
Realme GT 2 Pro: Specifications
The Realme GT 2 Pro will have a 6.8-inch WQHD+ OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Qualcomm’s forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC will be housed inside the device. It will be combined with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, depending on the arrangement.

The GT 2 Pro will include a front-facing camera with a resolution of 32MP for taking selfies. It will come pre-installed with Realme UI 3.0, which is based on Android 12. Moreover, it comes with a 5000 mAh battery that is capable of quick charging at 125W

Realme seems to have drawn inspiration from Google’s legendary Nexus 6P flagship smartphone for its latest release. The horizontal bar of the GT 2 Pro’s camera module includes a triple-camera array with two LED flash cutouts on each side. There are reports that it has two 50-megapixel camera sensors, which are most likely the primary and ultrawide camera sensors.
