Realme is gearing up to launch the very first smartphone to come with magnetic wireless charging support. The brand has teased their upcoming Realme Flash smartphone which will come with this feature. Moreover, the smartphone has started showing up in various reports and leaks. Additionally, Realme is using a brand new MagDart technology which will initiate the wireless charging support.
Many people may confuse it with Apple’s MagSafe charging. The MagDart will be Realme’s proprietary magnetic wireless charging technology. The brand has been heavily influenced by Apple as of late. The Realme Book and Realme Pad have also been tipped to come with very similar designs to Apple’s MacBook and iPad. Realme is now taking it a step further with their MagDart magnetic wireless charging tech.

Now, GSMArena has tipped this particular smartphone to come with the Realme Flash moniker. The tech portal also leaked a couple of design and concept renders for the phone. Additionally, the MagDart renders showcase the upcoming tech in the form of a puck-shaped boxy charger. Moreover, this attaches to the back of the phone like a magnet and initiates the wireless charging. Furthermore, the GSMArena report suggests that Realme’s MagDart will offer over 15W wireless charging speeds on the Realme Flash. This will easily make it the fastest magnetic charger out there upon launch.
Realme Flash: What More?
Going by the GSMArena report and leaked renders, the upcoming Realme Flash specifications will include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. Additionally, the octa-core chipset will pair up with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On the software front, the Realme Flash will run on Android 11 with the Realme UI 2.0 custom skin on top.

When it comes to the optics, the Realme Flash will feature a triple rear camera setup. Moreover, the setup will be housed within a rectangular camera module. We will also see a punch-hole design alongside a curved display.
Unfortunately, the Realme Flash price in India and launch date is under wraps as of now. However, we can expect it to launch soon as the brand has already started teasing the device. Hopefully, we shall learn more about the device and its magnetic fast charging tech in the coming days.
