Realme 9 4G Launched in India: Price, Specifications

Realme 9, the company’s latest mid-range offering, has been launched in India. It is the 4G-only variant of the Realme 9 5G, which was out in the country last month and offered some notable features. The phone has a punch-hole cutout. It has a 108-megapixel primary camera. Smartphone has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, and it also has a 90Hz AMOLED display. Smartphone has been out in India alongside the Realme GT 2 Pro flagship. A 6.4-inch display, Snapdragon 680, Android 12 OS, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support are vital Realme 9 4G specifications. The new Realme smartphone has an industry-first ‘Ripple Holographic Design’ on the back of the phone, which changes colour as light strikes the surface from different angles.

The company is also offering a Rs 2,000 discount to HDFC Bank customers, lowering the smartphone price to Rs 15,999 and Rs 17,999 for the 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM variants, respectively. The smartphone will be out for purchase starting on Flipkart, Realme.com, and other offline retailers.

The Realme 9 4G has a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 10802,400 pixels, a refresh rate of 90Hz, a touch sampling rate of 360Hz, 409 PPI, a screen to body ratio of 90.8 per cent, a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer, 1,000 nits peak brightness, 10240 levels of intelligence, and a punch-hole cutout.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset is clocked at 2.4GHz and is paired with an Adreno 610 GPU for graphics. It is available in two sizes: 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB UFS 2.2 storage that can enlarge with a micro SD card. Smartphone also includes a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

Smartphone provides a 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. It comes pre-installed with the Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 custom skin. The Realme 9 4G has a height of 160.273.37.99mm and a weight of 178 grammes. For added security, there is an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The Realme 9 4G features three rear cameras: a 108-megapixel primary Samsung ISOCELL HM6 sensor with LED flash, f/1.75 aperture, 6P lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with 119-degree FoV, f/2.2 aperture, and 5P lens, and a 2-megapixel lens with f/2.4 aperture.
