Realme just launched their Narzo series. However, the teaser for the Realme 8 series has started surfacing online. Madhav Sheth, Realme CEO teases the smartphone on Twitter. Apart from hinting at the camera specifications, there is no information available yet. It comes after the preceding Realme 7 series that launched in September last year.

Madhav Sheth, Realme CEO on Twitter announced that their new mid-range series, Realme 8 series will be a 108MP camera smartphone. Moreover, they will be announcing the new smartphone tomorrow. Considering the hashtag used here is #InfiniteLeapWith8 we can expect it to be this particular series. Furthermore, Realme is bringing its new series to compete with its rival Redmi.

However, it is not clear yet which particular model in the series would carry this 108MP camera. The chances are it will be a part of the premium variant in the Realme 8 series. The company hasn’t confirmed anything yet.

Late last year, a Realme phone with model number RMX3092 was spotted on Geekbench. As per tipster Mukul Sharma, this model could be the upcoming Realme 8 series. The listing suggests that the phone could be powered with the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM. The purported Realme 8 could also run on Android 10, as per the listing.
