Recently, Krafton has been working towards releasing their new title, PUBG: New State. The game will be launching as a completely futuristic version of PUBG. Moreover, even the map will be completely different, named TROI. We will be seeing the classic vehicles as well as the addition of new ones like The Volta and The Vulture.
In addition, new features like The Drone Shop, gun customisation options and more. The game went up for pre-registration in India on September 1, 2021. Now, the upcoming battle royale game has already crossed a staggering 40 million pre-registrations globally. Further, the company has also revealed that the game’s official release date will be announced next month, that is, October of 2021.

Minkyu Park, the Executive Producer of PUBG: New State took to a press release to state that, “We have been able to achieve this level of success because of fan enthusiasm globally and their belief in PUBG Studios work.” Further, he added that, “We are now focused on taking the valuable feedback we received during PUBG: New State’s second Alpha Test and polishing the game before its official launch later this year.” In addition, Park also said that, “We are devoting all our resources to ensuring PUBG: New State meets the expectations of our fans, both in terms of entertainment and stability.”
PUBG New State: What More?
Recently, the much anticipated PUBG New State has completed its second Alpha test across 28 countries. This hints at the official release of the game being right around the corner. Now, the game has surpassed a whopping 40 million pre-registrations worldwide.

The Alpha Tests will allow Krafton to get the priceless feedback of the players who signed up for it. Based on these reviews, they will make the necessary changes and improve the game accordingly for its official release later in 2021.
Further, upon release, PUBG New State will compete against the likes of CoD Mobile, the upcoming Apex Legends Mobile and Battlefield Mobile, as well as Fortnite Mobile. The battle royale genre is soon going to be flooded with several titles and players will definitely have a tough time choosing between these immersive shooters to play on their mobile devices.
