Poco is gearing up for the launch of the Poco X3 Pro smartphone soon. It looks like the launch is just around the corner. However, this is coming just as it is bagging IMDA, EEC, and TUV certification in the past few weeks. Now, it looks like it has cleared BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification in the country.

It is listing with the model number M2102J20SI (where I stands for India) , according to reports. Separately, the Poco X3 Pro has also received SIRIM certification in Malaysia. Unfortunately, both the certifications fail to reveal any X3 Pro specifications.

A recent report from XDADevelopers, reveals some key details about the upcoming phone. As per the report, the Poco X3 Pro will have a code-name “Vayu” and “Bhima”. They can be different variants of the same phone. The handset is can power on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 (SM8150). Additionally, it also packs a 48MP quad-camera setup. However, other X3 Pro specifications remain under wraps, for now.

We can speculate that the phone could come with a high-refresh-rate screen and a beefy battery with fast-charging support. It cannot be long before Poco makes an official announcement regarding the Poco X3 Pro launch date. To recall, the company launched the Poco X3 NFC edition in the global market last year in September. Whereas, the standard X3 model was also brought to India later the same year.
