Poco refreshed its M-series lineup with the new Poco M2 Reloaded in India. The new smartphone is a more affordable version of the original Poco M2 that debuted in September 2020. Instead of a virtual event, however, the company launched the device via a series of tweets. The phone retains the same MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. But the highlight of the device is the availability of 4GB of RAM and Full-HD+ display under the Rs 10,000 bracket.

Price, Availability
In terms of pricing, the Poco M2 Reloaded carries a price tag of Rs 9,499 for the single storage variant. Whereas, the original Poco M2 continues to retail at Rs 10,499 and Rs 11,499 for the 64GB and 128GB storage variants, respectively. Both variants have 6GB of RAM. It is available to purchase via Flipkart from April 21.
Launch offers for Poco M2 Reloaded include 5 percent cashback on Flipkart Axis Bank credit cards, 10% off on Bank of Baroda Mastercard debit cards’ first-time transaction, and no-cost EMIs starting at Rs. 1,584 per month.

Poco M2 Reloaded Specifications
The phone features a waterdrop-style notch display and quad cameras on the back similar to the original Poco M2. It features a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. In addition, it comes with a 70% NTSC coverage and 1500:1 contrast ratio.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, pairs with 4GB of RAM. Moreover, for storage, Poco M2 Reloaded comes with 64GB onboard that is expandable via a dedicated microSD card (up to 512GB).

The smartphone runs on Android 10-based MIUI 12 out-of-the-box and supports dual-SIM cards (Nano). It has a dual-SIM tray has a dedicated slot for the microSD cards. Moreover, Poco M2 Reloaded sports a black color finish, and it houses a 13-MP primary camera. There’s also an 8-MP ultra-wide-angle camera and two 2-MP shooters for macro-photography and add a bokeh effect.
The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery and has a rear fingerprint scanner. Connectivity options on Poco M2 Reloaded include dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, 4G VoLTE support, Bluetooth 5.0, IR Blaster, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C port.
