Recently, users of the POCO F3 GT have reported to be facing a heating issue when gaming on the device. However, this particular issue has not affected all the users of the particular smartphone. The company has now acknowledged this issue and responded via a forum post.
The company took to their POCO Community global forum to acknowledge and respond to this issue. Furthermore, the company stated that this particular issue has been experienced by a small volume of POCO F3 GT users.

POCO also revealed that this has affected users who were on the MIUI 12.5.4.0.RKJINXM firmware version of the device. This is a very new software version which was rolled out to the device a couple of days after its launch. Users have now been reporting a rise in temperature of the device when playing games or charging it.
POCO F3 GT Specifications
The POCO F3 GT features a big 6.67-inches full-HD+ Turbo AMOLED display. Additionally, the display comes with a fast 120Hz refresh rate and a 480Hz touch sampling rate. The smartphone also comes with Dolby Atmos along with high-fidelity stereo speakers.

On the processor front, the POCO F3 GT is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 5G SoC with AI processing boost. The octa-core chipset pairs up with to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of dual-channel UFS 3.1 internal storage. In addition, the smartphone comes with a Game Turbo for GT feature for enhanced gaming.

The F3 GT sports a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor along with an 8-megapixel secondary ultra-wide-angle sensor. Additionally, there is also a third 2-megapixel macro sensor in the setup. On the battery front, the POCO F3 GT packs a large 5,065mAh battery along with 67W fast charging support.
