Qualcomm has just released its new Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 and Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipsets for high-end wearables. The wearable will be dubbed Oppo Watch 3 and will be available in August of this year. While Oppo has not confirmed the debut date, Qualcomm has stated that Oppo and Mobvoi would be the first two brands to introduce smartwatches powered by the new technology.

Oppo Watch 3: Specifications
Ahead of the presentation, the company has also disclosed the name of the Oppo watch. The wearable will be dubbed Oppo Watch 3 and will be available in August of this year. It will be the successor of the Oppo Watch 2 wearable, which was earlier out in China . There is currently no information on the features of the impending Oppo Watch.

The smartwatch is to have a square dial, similar to earlier Oppo smartwatch models. It will most likely provide the fundamental functionality seen in most wearables. It will most likely include heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen level tracking, and step tracking.
The Oppo Watch 3’s availability in India is currently unknown, as the brand has yet to debut the Oppo Watch 2. The Oppo Watch 2 features a 1.91-inch square display with rounded sides. The design is similar to Apple Watches. The Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 platform powers the smartwatch with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage.
