OPPO A78 4G Set To Launch In India Early August!

After its recent launch in Indonesia, OPPO is all set to bring the OPPO A78 4G to India. The official teaser on Twitter from Oppo confirms the impending launch of the OPPO A78 4G in India, slated for early August. Notably, the device boasts impressive features, including a Snapdragon 680 SoC, a 90Hz AMOLED display, Android 13 OS, a 50MP dual camera system, and 67W fast charging support.

Indian consumers can now eagerly await the arrival of this advanced smartphone with its remarkable specifications.

Specifications Of Oppo A78 4G

The OPPO A78 4G boasts a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a corner-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC, paired with Adreno GPU for graphics. The phone comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.

Running on Android 13-based ColorOS 13.1 skin, the device features a 50MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth lens on the back. For selfies and video calls, there’s an 8MP shooter on the front. The phone’s dimensions are 160.01 x 73.23 x 7.99, and it weighs 180 grams. Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

Rumours Regarding Launch

Initially, rumours indicated that the OPPO A78 4G would debut in India on July 27. However, recent updates hint at a potential launch in early August. Expect the phone’s price in India’s offline stores to fall within the range of Rs 18,000 to Rs 20,000.

Regarding its specifications, the OPPO A78 4G has been teased in a captivating Aqua Green hue, and there is a possibility of a Mist Black colour variant being offered as well.
