Oppo A53s 5G is launching in India on April 27, the company has confirmed. Moreover, in a teaser, the phone is surely power on the MTK700 i.e., the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. However, it will likely be an offshoot of the A53 5G that launched in December in China. It is teased to be ‘big on memory, high on speed’ hinting at large storage and RAM options on the phone.

Oppo A53s 5G Price in India, Sale (Teased)
According to the company, this device will price under Rs. 15,000 price point. This is making it an affordable offering with 5G connectivity. Moreover, the phone will launch on April 27 at 12 pm (noon) and be made available on Flipkart with the e-commerce giant teasing its arrival through a dedicated microsite.

OPPO A53s 5G will be powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. We have a good idea about what the device could offer in terms of hardware features. The chipset is based on a 7nm process, comprising of two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The chipset can support a 90Hz refresh rate screen, so that should be a given. They will also provide 6GB and 8GB RAM options, storage variants marked up to 128GB.

In addition to that, OPPO A53s 5G could get a triple or quad rear camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor. For connectivity, the SoC supports India’s NavIC GPS, Wi-Fi 5 standard, Bluetooth 5.1, and more.
The teaser poster also reveals that the Oppo A53s 5G will have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on board.
