OnePlus Nord CE 5 Lite Renders Leak, Specifications Tipped

OnePlus is working on a new Nord series device, which will likely be the OnePlus Nord CE 5 Lite. The company could skip the number 4 in the lineup as it is inauspicious in China.

Previously, the hands-on images of an upcoming OnePlus Nord series device emerged, which users speculated to be the OnePlus Nord 5, but now a leak suggests it could be the OnePlus Nord CE 5 Lite.

Upcoming OnePlus Device Leaks, Likely To Be the Nord CE 5 Lite

According to a report by 91Mobiles, the upcoming OnePlus phone has a model number CHP2613, and it could be a part of the Nord series. Furthermore, the report also shares a render of the upcoming smartphone, giving us a glimpse of its design.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5 Lite will have a flat display on the front with an in-display fingerprint sensor and a centre punch-hole cutout. This means it will ship with an AMOLED screen.

The phone will have a dual camera setup with LED flash housed in a vertical camera module on the back. Furthermore, the report claims it will likely have a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.

In addition, the OnePlus Nord CE 5 Lite will have a plastic frame with volume and power buttons on the right. The top section will have a 3.5mm headphone jack and IR Blaster.

At the bottom, there is a USB-C port, SIM tray and speaker grille. Unfortunately, the phone has no alert slider, indicating it will be a budget device.

Expected Specifications Of The Device

According to a tweet by tipster Sanju Choudhary, who previously shared images of the phone, the Nord CE 5 Lite will boast a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the phone will have a 10-bit colour support and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The phone will likely use a Snapdragon chipset, which some users speculate could be the Snapdragon 6+ Gen 1. It is likely to run on Oxygen OS 14 based on Android 14.

On the back, the phone will have a 50-megapixel dual camera setup and a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. In addition, it will have an IR Blaster, a 3.5mm headphone jack and an IP rating.

The Nord CE 5 Lite will pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W changing. It will not include an alert slider and will have a plastic frame and back.
