OnePlus is getting ready to soon launch their OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G in India. The smartphone will go official in the country on February 17 2022. The smartphone has been making rounds of the rumour spectrum a lot recently. Now, the brand has further added to the hype by officially confirming the processor details of the smartphone.
OnePlus has officially confirmed that the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC will be powering the Nord CE 2 5G. The handset will be going official as a successor to the OnePlus Nord CE 5G which went official last year. According to reports, the Nord CE 2 5G has made an appearance on the company’s official website. This apparently reveals the design and colour options as well before the launch. Here’s a quick rundown of all the details.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G Specifications
As mentioned before, the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. Noted tipster Ishan Agarwal also reveals the picture of the smartphone which gives us a look at the Bahamas Blue colour option of the handset. According to Agarwal, this was spotted on the brand’s official website.

He also revealed other key details of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G. This falls in line with the other several leaks of the smartphone. Talking about the display first, we will get to see a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. This display will be backed by Gorilla Glass 5 and HDR10+ support.
Moving to optics, there will be a 64-megapixel primary sensor alongside an 8-megapixel secondary sensor. At the front, the Nord CE 2 5G will sport a 16-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.
When it comes to software, the handset will run on Android 11 with promise of two major software updates. The internal storage will also be expandable up to 1TB. Most importantly, there will also be a 3.5mm headphone jack on the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G, according to Agarwal.
