OnePlus Nord N200 launch is on the cards in North American markets considering how it is surfacing online recently. OnePlus is upping its bets for budget phones with 5G and a 90Hz display for under $250 in the US. Moreover, the CEO of OnePlus, Pete Lau, revealed the details of the new Nord phone in an interview with PCMag. According to his statement, “From the premium and ultra-premium OnePlus 9 series to the OnePlus Nord N200 5G—our newest and most affordable 5G device ever—we’re providing more choices and easier access to 5G for our users”. Additionally, if we recall, N100 launched last year in certain markets with some remarkable specs.

According to a report, OnePlus Nord N200 5G will be available for under $250. It will come with 5G support and a 90Hz refresh rate display. In addition, the N200 will come with a 6.49-inch full HD LCD display. It will bring the device’s screen up to the level of last year’s Nord N10. Furthermore, an image provided exclusively to PCMag by OnePlus also shows three rear cameras, a hole-punch front-facing camera, and what appears to be a side-mounted combination fingerprint scanner and power button.
Meanwhile, OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau in an interview with PCMag states that the “OnePlus Nord N200 is a big step up”. However, “the 10 and 200 models remain in different lanes”. In the end, hinting that the company is working on an upgraded OnePlus N20, which could launch at a later date.
