OnePlus has finally officially taken the curtains off of their OnePlus 10 Pro launch date. The smartphone has been scheduled to launch in China on January 11, 2021. An important thing to note here is that the smartphone manufacturer is just going to launch the Pro model in the series. The vanilla OnePlus 10 will not be launching next week. However, it shall land pretty soon, hopefully.
Besides, OnePlus Founder Pete Lau, took to Twitter to give us the very first look at OnePlus 10 Pro 5G. Going by previous leaks and reports, we know quite a few things about the device. The teaser image of the device that Lau posted also reveals two colour options. We can see a Black and Green colour option for the upcoming flagship.

In addition, the teaser image also reveals the Hasselblad triple rear camera setup of the handset. There is an LED flash accompanying the camera setup. In the ring of this LED flash, we can see the terms 50T and P2D. On the right side of the flagship’s frame, we can see the power button and alert slider. We get a look at only the back panel of the smartphone. The back panel is curved around the edges as well.
OnePlus 10 Pro Specs (Leaked)
Starting off with the display, the 10 Pro is expected to offer a big 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display. This will be an LTPO 2.0 display. In addition, the display will also boast a fast 120Hz refresh rate. On the processor front, the handset will be powered by the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. In fact, this is the very first device from the brand that will be powered by this chipset.

Talking about optics, the OnePlus 10 Pro specs will feature a triple rear camera setup. The setup will include a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and an 8-megapixel telephoto 3x zoom sensor. At the front, the smartphone is expected to come with a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
Moving to the battery capacity, the smartphone is expected to pack a big 5000mAh battery. This rated battery capacity will pair up with 80W fast charging support. Additionally, we will also most likely get to see 50W wireless fast charging support as well.
