Motorola Nio live images surfaces online, tipping the design and color variants of the upcoming phone. This smartphone will launch as the company’s upcoming premium offering and can launch in Q1 2021. However, a recent leak on Weibo by Nils Ahrensmeier (@NilsAhrDE) and later published on Voice. It shows off the design of the phone in full glory.

The front panel of the Motorola Nio is similar to an earlier leaked image, with dual punch-hole cutouts for selfie cameras. It appears to be sporting a quad rear camera setup with a flash below the sensors. It may feature a 64-megapixel primary sensor. Moreover, on the front, Nio has a dual-punch hole screen, as per the images. In addition, it is visible in a color the tipster calls ‘Sky’. There will reportedly also be a ‘Beryl’ variant of the Motorola phone.

According to the images, the design features a flat display with slim bezels except for a sizeable chin beneath the screen. It has volume buttons and a power and fingerprint sensor button, as seen in the pictures. Moreover, ’64MP’ and “Audio Zoom’ are keywords on the back panel of the Motorola Nio.

There seems to be a dedicated button on the left, which probably could be for Google Assistant. Moreover, Motorola Nio has a glossy finish at the back. In a picture where the front panel is visible along with the settings of the phone, it says ‘Motorola Edge Plus‘. It suggests that the device in the picture can be a prototype. The tipster says that there is a possibility the Motorola phone with codename ‘Nio’ can also be rumored Motorola Edge S, something that is speculated in recent reports.

As per a report, Motorola Nio may run Android 11 out-of-the-box and feature a full-HD+ (1,080×2,520 pixels) display. Nio is also tipped to come with up to 12GB RAM. A recent report indicates that the smartphone will come with a 105Hz display refresh rate. The Motorola branded phone codenamed ‘Nio’ is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC.
