Motorola, the smartphone company, has unveiled the launch of the latest flagship smartphone. The company will extend its Edge series with the launch of the Edge X later this year. The Edge X is said to be Motorola’s first flagship smartphone to feature Qualcomm’s next premium flagship processor.
Recently, Lenovo’s General Manager confirmed the launch of the device without revealing any specifications or features. The device might power on the Snapdragon 898 processor. Besides, a Motorola smartphone with the model number XT2201-2 has also surfaced on the 3C certification website. This device is predicted to be the Motorola Edge X.

Motorola Edge X Specifications
Motorola Edge X launch date is still a mystery at the time. The device is likely to have listed on the 3C certification website before the launch. The Motorola smartphone listed on 3C has the model number XT2201-2 suggesting that the phone is of premium category.

As per the 3C listing, the upcoming Motorola Edge X smartphone will support 68.2W fast charging. Till now, Motorola has launched devices with 30W fast charging compatibility. The upcoming handset will become the company’s fastest charging device when it launches.
However, there is no information regarding the battery capacity. But it is expecting that the Edge X could come with a 4,500 or a 5,000 mAh battery. If rumours are true, other specs includes a 120Hz/ 144Hz AMOLED display. In addition, we can also expect a 108-megapixel triple-camera setup on the back, and up to 12GB of RAM. However, Motorola has not confirmed any details yet.
