Moto G24 Power To Launch In India On This Date: Expected Price, Specs

Motorola has confirmed it will launch a new budget smartphone in the country called the Motorola Moto G24 Power. The company recently launched its Motorola Moto G34 in India and is now bringing another affordable phone.

Recently, a leak revealed the specifications of the Motorola Moto G24, and an upgraded version of the phone will now launch in India as the G24 Power. Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming addition to the Moto G series in India.

Moto G24 Power To Arrive In India On January 30

Motorola has announced on X (formerly Twitter) that the upcoming Moto G24 Power will launch in the country on January 30, 2024, at 12 PM. The phone will be available on Flipkart, Motorola India website and all leading retail stores.

The company has also created a dedicated microsite on Flipkart for the smartphone. It will be available in Glacier Blue and Ink Blue colours with IP53 certification.

Specifications Of The Phone

The Moto G24 Power will have a 6.56-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. In addition, the phone will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support.

Furthermore, the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset will power the phone paired with up to 4GB of RAM. There is also support for 4GB of virtual RAM.

It will run on Android 14 out of the box and with up to 128GB internal storage, further expandable up to 1TB via a micro-SD card slot. The company promises 1 OS upgrade and three years of security patches for the device.

For optics, the Moto G24 Power will have a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, you will find a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

The Moto G24 Power packs a 6,000mAh battery with support for 33W TurboPower charging. For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE, GPS and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Moreover, the phone will weigh 197 grams and have a thickness of 8.9mm. It will feature Moto Gestures such as chop for the flashlight and twist to open the camera.
