Motorola launched new affordable Moto G series smartphones on Tuesday. The series includes the Motorola Moto G13 and Motorola Moto G23. Both handsets carry almost identical specifications and designs. They come with a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and run on Android 13 with a MyUX interface. These smartphones also offer a dual recording feature that allows users to capture videos simultaneously from the front and back cameras.

Moreover, the handsets feature a 6.5-inch HD Plus LCD screen with a centrally-placed hole-punch slot for the selfie camera. These newly launched smartphones also come with a 50-megapixel main camera with Quad Pixel technology. Price And Availability

For the base 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model, the Moto G13 costs EUR 179.99 (roughly Rs. 16,000). The handset is available in Matte Charcoal, Rose Gold, and Blue Lavender colour variants. In contrast, the Moto G23 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version, costs EUR 229.99 (roughly Rs. 20.500). It is available in Matte Charcoal, Rose Gold, and Blue Lavender colour variants. These handsets are available for purchase in Europe and will be soon made available in Latin America and Asia.

Moto G13 And Moto G23: Specifications

Both handsets come with a 6.5-inch HD Plus LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 400 nits of brightness. The smartphones feature a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and run on Android 13. Moreover, they come with a 5,000mAh battery. The Moto G23 can support 30W TurboPower fast charging. In contrast, the Moto G13 can support 10W TurboPower wired charging. For security, the handset offers a fingerprint sensor and face unlock technology.

Regarding camera configuration, the smartphones feature a triple rear camera unit led by a 50-megapixel main sensor with Quad Pixel technology. Along with a 5-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel depth camera. The Moto G13 carries an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front whereas the Moto G23 includes a 16-megapixel front camera. The handsets also feature stereo speakers enhanced by Dolby Atmos technology. Moreover, they come with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port. Lastly, both these handsets also offer Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity.
