Moto G04 With 90Hz Display Launched In India: Price, Specs

Motorola has launched a new entry-level smartphone in India, the G04. The Motorola Moto G04 is the most affordable phone from the company, offering Android 14 out of the box.

Motorola Moto G04 Price in India

The Motorola Moto G04 starts at a price of Rs.6,999 for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Furthermore, the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model retails for Rs.7,999

The company is also offering Rs.750 off on exchange, bringing the effective price of the device down to Rs.6,249.Similarly, the effective price of the 8GB+128GB variant will be Rs.7,249 with exchange.

The phone will go on sale from February 22 on Flipkart, Motorola India website and leading Motorola stores. It will be available in four colours: Concord Black, Sea Green, Satin Blue and Sunrise Orange.

Motorola G04 Specifications

The Moto G04 sports a 6.56-inch IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate, which is excellent for the price. Furthermore, the screen has a 1612 x 720 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 269 ppi.

The UniSOC T606 processor powers the phone, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 16GB of virtual memory. The Moto G04 runs on Android 14 out of the box and has up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, expandable up to 1TB microSD card, which is rare at this price.

For optics, the phone has a 16-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for taking selfies. In addition, the phone supports HDR and 1080p video recording.

The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging via a USB-C port. Moreover, the Moto G04 has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a single speaker with Dolby Atmos, which is fantastic for the price.

For connectivity, the phone offers Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, GPS and an IP52 rating for protection against water splashes. It also supports Moto Gestures, like twisting to open the camera and chop-chop to open the flashlight.
