Tipster Chun took to Twitter to reveal that Realme might be gearing up to launch the Realme C21Y in Vietnam. The tipster went on to leak the core specifications of the smartphone as well. Realme might be launching the new C-series of phones soon. Moreover, the smartphone has also been tipped to be the first smartphone to come with Android Go. The smartphone seems to be a tweaked version of the Realme C21 that was launched in India earlier this year.
Realme C21Y Leaked Specifications
The popular tipster has revealed that the Realme C21Y will feature a 6.5-inch HD IPS display. Additionally, another tipster has revealed the resolution of the display to be that of 1600 x 720 pixels. Also, the display is said to come with a peak brightness of 420 nits. The smartphone will run on Android 11 Go Edition that provides users with Stock Android experience.
On the processor front, the Realme C21Y is said to be powered by the Spreadtrum T610 chipset. This chipset is paired with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB (eMMC 5.1) internal storage. The internal storage on the device will most likely expandable as well.

For photos and videos, the Realme C21Y will feature a triple rear camera setup. The setup will include a13-megapixel primary sensor alongside two 2-megapixel sensors. These two 2-megapixel sensors are for depth and macro photography, respectively. On the front, the smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. Moreover, this selfie sensor is placed underneath the waterdrop notch design of the phone.

Additionally, the smartphone is said to pack a big 5000mAh battery. Also, the phone will most likely feature a 10W charging support. Nothing else is known about the smartphone as of now.
What To Expect?
From the much that has been leaked and if these leaks come true, here is what you can expect from this Realme offering. Firstly, this is going to be a budget smartphone targeted at entry-level smartphone users. This can prove to be a very good secondary phone because of the massive 5000mAh battery. However, for avid smartphone users, this does not seem to be the way to go. The processor is not a gaming one and is definitely not something you can play COD Mobile and the upcoming Battlegrounds India seamlessly on.
