iQOO Z5 Pro Reportedly Surfaces on TENAA; Hints Imminent Launch

Vivo sub-brand iQOO is gearing up to launch their iQOO Z5 series in India soon. To recall, the company recently launched their iQOO Z3 5G in India back in June. However, before this, we did not see any information on this new device. The company could soon launch in China might be the iQOO Z5 Pro. In a recent development, the phone has surfaced and received a TENAA certification. It also discloses the model number for the purported upcoming smartphone.

iQOO Z5 Pro Launch Imminent

As of now, the only information we have is through the TENAA certification surfaced on this purported smartphone. According to the TENAA listing, the phone has the model number V2148A. Additionally, this upcoming handset will have 5G connectivity support as per TENAA certification.

Whereas, software-wise, we can expect the device to run Android 11 out of the box. The smartphone will have dual-SIM support. Alongside the TENAA certification, the iQOO Z5 Pro also surfaced on the IMEI database ahead of the official launch. The IMEI database listing confirms the moniker. It also reveals the model number of the handset as V2148A. Just like the iQOO Z5 Pro TENAA certification mentioned above.

Now, we have no confirmation of the smartphone as it is the first time we are seeing evidence of it. As time passes, we will know more of the smartphone as it recieves more certifications. Meanwhile, the Indian variant of the iQOO Z5 has surfaced online. The IMEI database listing only hints at the smartphone’s imminent launch in the Indian market. The smartphone has been listed with the model number I2018 and confirms the moniker of iQOO Z5.
