Vivo sub brand iQOO is gearing up to launch their iQOO Z5 in India soon. The iQOO Z3 5G successor has been spotted on the IMEI database ahead of its launch. The company has recently launched their iQOO Z3 5G in India back in June. The smartphone was launched as the very first to be powered by the Snapdragon 768G SoC. Additionally, the device featured a 120Hz refresh rate along with 55W fast charging support.

Now, the Indian variant of the iQOO Z5 has surfaced online. The IMEI database listing only hints at the smartphone’s imminent launch in the Indian market. The smartphone has been listed with the model number I2018 and confirms the moniker of iQOO Z5. Further, the model number has been listed under the Vivo Mobile Communications Co Ltd manufacturer name on the IMEI website. Besides, the device has also been spotted on the C-DOT CEIR IMEI website. Now, this listing further reveals all the bands that the device will come with.
Noted tipster Mukul Sharma has taken to Twitter to reveal that the iQOO Z5 will launch in India soon. He went on to reveal the IMEI database listing for the Indian variant of the device. However, nothing has been revealed about the exact launch date for the device. We can only expect the smartphone to launch in the coming days.

iQOO Z5 Specifications (Expected)
The iQOO Z5 can be expected to launch with minor upgrades over its predecessor, the Z3 5G. For starters, we can expect the smartphone to be powered by a faster processor than the Z3 5G. The iQOO Z3 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G SoC. Going by that, we can expect the Z5 to ship with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. We can also expect to see an AMOLED display on the device instead of an LCD like on the Z3 5G. In addition, the Z5 can also be expected to come with a 120Hz fast refresh rate.
