iQOO U3X 5G launched in China on Monday as the latest 5G smartphone. However, it is a refreshed version of the 5G-enabled iQOO U3 that launched in China in December 2020. The new smartphone looks similar to its sibling. Furthermore, it is now available for pre-orders in China and will go on sale on April 1.

iQOO U3X 5G Price, Availability
In terms of pricing, the U3x price in China starts at CNY 1,199 (approx Rs 13,300) for the base 4GB RAM and 128GB storage option. Moreover, it goes up to, CNY 1,499 (approx Rs 16,700) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model. Whereas, the pricing details of the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant remain unclear.
The iQOO U3X 5G is available in Grey and Magic Blue color options. Moreover, the availability of the smartphone outside China is yet to be revealed.

iQOO U3 X 5 G Specifications
It sports a 6.58-inch IPS LCD screen with a Full-HD+ resolution and waterdrop-style notch for the selfie camera. The screen panel supports a 20.07:9 aspect ratio, a 90Hz refresh rate, and has 401ppi pixel density.
Under the hood, iQOO U3X 5G packs the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC. It pairs with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. Whereas, the iQOO U3 packs up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It runs on Vivo’s Android 11-based OriginOS 1.1 operating system, with minor tweaks for iQoo phones.

iQOO U3X 5G also packs a dual rear camera setup that includes a 13-MP primary camera and a 2-MP depth-of-field lens coupled with and an LED flash. At the front, there’s an 8-MP camera with fixed focus and f/2.0 aperture. The camera app comes bundled with modes such as portrait mode, panorama, dynamic photo, pro mode, slow motion, time-lapse, and document correction.
Other notable features on the smartphone include a dual SIM slot, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone slot. Lastly, it carries a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
